For the first time in ages I cooked all morning. I had put chicken in the crock pot last night so I deboned it. part of it I put up in the freezer for future meals, some are in the frig for this weekend and I put BBQ on some for my husband today. I cooked a lb of bacon and put it in the freezer to add to things for flavoring, munched on it some too. I fried some chicken I kept out from last night ( just 2 pieces) in the bacon grease. That is the first fried thing I have had, other than hamburger patties, in months. It was delicious. Baked the sweet and white potatoes to keep in the refrigerator for my husband. It felt good to be domestic again, to have the strength to stand that long. when I am cooking I can't leave the kitchen. I forget I am cooking. A small problem because of the seizures all these years so I stay there and watch everything, sit on a stool if I get too tired.If I go to another room I have to say to myself, "I am cooking" over and over until I get back. So I feel I got a lot accomplished today.
