Im there right now, some days even harder than getting there,,,,have been yo yoing since tweens, lmost 50 now and I refuse to go back up, its not the food behaviors that got me here-because I had that before-its the thoughts and emotions that have finally changed so hoping to stay where I am and have the best decade ever

yes ObeseToBeast123! it is and that's ok. sustainability is the goal. not a number.
