thanksgiving is 1 day.
christmas is 1 day.
even new years or new years eve is 1 day.
why have we normalized and conditioned ourselves to believe that "enjoying the holidays" means to gain weight and eat unhealthily numerous times a week until we just randomly decide to stop?
people order pizza and are at the drive throughs on the day before thanksgiving.
we struggle with control and accountability and then dismiss it by saying "it's the holidays".
it's frustrating
