December 10th. The one day of the year I dread. At 9:12pm my soul mate, my partner in crime, my loving husband breathed out for the last time. He was just 35 years old, our children were 10, 7 and 2. That 1st year was a blur! There were times I didn't think I could carry on but here I am, 26 years later and still going strong(ish).
In those 26 years I've battled homelessness, addiction, chronic pain and mental health.
For those of you struggling for whatever reason, please reach out to someone. There is hope, there are solutions.

Thanks for the support everyone, it was a strange day, not happy but not sad either.
Nadia, we all have battles to fight. I've beaten most of my demons now. What doesn't kill us. . . Puts us in therapy 😉

Oh Jolitt, that's awful, and so young,😒😭. We know about almost everything a lot or a tiny bit. But what we don't know what's around the corner thank goodness. It's just as well sometimes. My thoughts and prayers are with you too. Merry Mel 😍
