Hi again peeps.

So I booked a flight to Las Vegas for Dec 19th. Then I am visiting cali then New Orleans for xmas. Huge trip coming up. I will be in a bikini and cute dresses. This is it. It is my chance to get in better shape for my trip. This last weekend I splurged way too much on my diet to the point it went on to Sunday. This is my biggest downfall. The weeks I am 100% on my diet and workout plan. When Saturday arrives it is so HARD to stick to anything. Anyone have advise on this?

If I can stick it through the weekends and not have more than 1 cheat meal I will see results. I will feel so disappointed in myself if I dont lose some body fat before my trip. I want to at least look good in a dress for vegas..

I think my target calories will be around 1800-1900. I will see how I feel being around this calorie range.

The upcoming trips are a good motivation for staying on your diet, even on weekends. Just repeat this mantra: trip, bikini, dress, must look good! :)

Sometimes upcoming events actually scare me into eating worse because I am afraid I wont get to my goals at that point. I get so discouraged. I am trying to get over that fear and just get to the best shape I can get to in that point of time. I am trying to make this event a positive way to lose weight :) @ Glen you look like you have so much planned! Just keep on track. Think of it this way, you stay healthy and diet and be strong. Keep to your workouts and such. THen when vacation comes you will be able to enjoy that yummy drink or that awesome buffet at the hotel. I am looking forward to the deserts I get to try when I am on my trip in Vegas. Also the deserts in New orleans!

If it keeps you from the bar, I think its better to just splurge on the pizza and avoid the alcohol. Alcohol slows down the metabolism and you don't want that while your having a cheat meal! :)
