Going to get out to do some volunteer work today. Husband has been sick so we spent 4 1/2 hrs in the drs office yesterday. Talk about sore today from all the sitting. They need new chairs. (Just a side bar and gripe there). But sure don't want him to get any worse cause I love that man. I have been so bloated lately and out of sorts so I am trying acidophilus today. Maybe it will help set everything right.
