when i started, i was there too. hungry and trying to figure out how to endure.

multiple trips into kitchen just looking at cupboards and fridge so many times and figting internally with myself.

i still get hungry, but it does not mean i need food. it means my body is healthy. it means my digestion is working. it means metabolism is functional. when one eats their alotted calories for the day, the day is over. like it or not. hungry or not.

the psychology must change around hunger before we can change our behavior and body. one must truly learn what their body is doing and not just emotionally cope by trying to eat extra that is not needed.

i enjoy being hungry at the end of the day. it makes me feel healthy,it improves my sleep tremendously and i wake up feeling so good.
