Thanks, guys! 💜 Some days, I feel good about my progress, and some days I have to remind myself where I started from. Today is one of the latter. Anywhooo... Just bought those size 8 pants (my next size) to see how far I have to go for Valentines Day goal.

You really do look amazing and an awesome transformation in less than 6 months. But if I am completely honest with you the biggest transformation has been something else. You came here like a bulldozer not wanting to think or believe that there was any way other than keto or carnivore to meet your weight loss goals. Now here you are strength training and eating carbohydrates !! That’s not to say keto or carnivore doesn’t work it just means that in different stages of weight loss what works and how we think changes over time. Rock on !!
