Lynn, It looks like you are really doing well -- I am, too! Funny thing is I did not weigh myself for a while due to a broken scale and for the longest time I have been lamenting being 185 pounds -- unbeknownst to me I had gone up 11 pounds and when I discovered those additional "new" pounds I freaked out and got really motivated to swim away from that 200 pound mark like I was swimming away from a shark in the water. So here I am, now 190.5 from 196.5 and 185 looks so good to me -- but still another 5 pounds to get there. Motivation is a powerful tool.
