counting numbers.
entering food daily.
weighing daily.
tracking weight.
using electronics daily.
meal prepping every week.
eating same thing daily.
coping with hunger nightly.
intrinsic motivation.
accountability.
i guess these are the realities of walking this path. it's tons of hard work and effort. for those starting this journey, or thinking about it......it takes a significant amount of dedication to yourself. i promise you, it get's easier. but it is a FOREVER kind of change and that's going to be challenging for sure.
