ughh...what a medical mess....sinuis infection...other meds...on and off fever...eating comfort food to feel better does not help except make me gain weight...i keep going up instead of down....all i want to do is sleep ...my sugar is all over the place.....doc appt today so we'll see what he has to say...

If you are taking antibiotics try taking a probiotic twice a day. I was gaining a lot on antibiotics until I increased my probiotic intake. Antibiotics can cause weight gain.
