My diet has been really off this week. I wish I could blame it on everything that has been going on but I know I can't. It has been because I just wanted to eat these types of foods. Now I feel sick on my stomach. I have got to get a grip.

You have had a lot going on and while it isn't an excuse it is completely understandable. Just forgive yourself and begin again. Once you have a few "good" days under your belt, you'll again get a momentum going and you'll feel better about yourself. We all have these issues from time to time. Take care of yourself - you are a precious person and your family needs you! Love, prayers, and lots of hugs are heading your way. You will get through this!!!
