i’ve been pretty consistent with if I write it I bite it but eating too many carbs being on the slow, residue, refined carbohydrate diet praying this thing is over in a couple of days and that my results from the colonoscopy are good and I can get back to healthy eating as soon as possible walking my dog it’s gonna be pretty awful this morning 33° 25 mile an hour winds.
