So not to be all graphic, but I hit my cycle, which I haven’t had in almost a year! I was praying those days were behind me! However, my question is, what kind of foods will boost my mood and slow my hunger during this time. I am sure what little I pulled back on is water weight, but, I have a headache and feel hungry all the time. Need suggestions?????

I'm not an expert, but I think protein, green veggies, and healthy fats (salmon with skin, avocados, etc) should help with both your hunger and your mood. And plenty of water, of course.
