Chicken and a tangerine for breakfast, popcorn and soup for lunch, and salmon and asparagus for dinner. I'm done for the day and only a little over 900 calories. It was a really busy day -- cat to vet, take down all the Christmas decorations and put them away, grocery pickup, and a long phone call. I can see that at least some of my overeating is due to boredom on those days I am less busy.
