I ate Chinese food for the first time in weeks and sat behind my computer most of the day no wonder I gained yesterday. Oh well back on track today.
115,2 kg Bisher verloren: 6,0 kg.    Still to go: 47,2 kg.    Diät befolgt: Recht gut.

Keep drinking plenty of water to flush out the sodium! You'll be back to normal in a day or so.

I always gain after chinese. To much msg preservative.

What is the problem with sodium intake? I ate more Indian which is usually high in salt (sodium).

Your next weigh in will be better as this is a good reminder to avoid too much sodium. That darn water retention can get you every time. :S You are learning and doing great! Keep up the good work. Wishing you continued success.
