Keep drinking plenty of water to flush out the sodium! You'll be back to normal in a day or so.

What is the problem with sodium intake? I ate more Indian which is usually high in salt (sodium).

Your next weigh in will be better as this is a good reminder to avoid too much sodium. That darn water retention can get you every time. :S
