Thank you guys. It's hard to stay positive if it goes so slow, but it's better to lose weight slowly then you don't pick it up so fast.

Don’t worry. Sometimes our bodies hold on to weight and when it sees that you’re sticking to your guns, it comes off fast. Then slow again, then fast again. And so it goes. Does help to take a break from dieting and/or exercising every now and again.
