Walked the dog w/o the knee brace....yeah, going to be wearing it later for sure. Still weak. Not as weak as it was earlier this week, but still weak. :\

Recipe for tonight...yeah, celery went south yesterday -- trashed, and wouldn't you know it we needed 2 stalks for the recipe. Plus 8 cups of beef broth and red wine.

So.....welcome to my world of improvise -- had 1 can (2 cups) of chicken broth -- which went in and 7 cups of water. Plus 1/2 cup of zinfindel, and no replacement on celery.
THIS SHOULD be interesting.

Now enjoying a yummy right size shake -- chocolate (LOVE! Love!) with 8oz almond milk, and unblended frozen peaches (like ice cubes).

Haven't quite gotten my mile in yet, but will do so this afternoon after work. Knee brace WILL be back on, I assure you!
