Hello everyone! I haven’t posted anything in a while but wanted to let everyone know that I am still very much in the weight loss race. 🏃‍♂️ I am down to 173.2 lbs. Now that might not be looked at as a successful weight to many but it is huge for me. I am elated! I haven’t been at this weight for a very long time. So please allow me to indulge further. Earlier this year I wore a size 16/18 in jeans. I now wear a size 14/16. I wore XL to 1X shirts & blouses 👚. I now wear a med. Even my shoes 👞 fit differently. So, my FS friends I am very happy for my 173.2 lbs. ☝️😀 I have 8.2 lbs to meet my goal of 165 lbs. Congratulations to everyone who are still in the race to good health and looking good!!!

Remember the ‘Tortoise and the Hare’. Slow and steady wins the race. 👍🏼❤️
