Day 11 is here -- today's menu is a bit of a variation due to grocery items diminishing!

Here's today's menu:
Breakfast - Healthy French Toast with Strawberries (notice a pattern?)
Snack: 1 oz mozzarella, 1 medium tomato, and 2 TBSP Caesar Dressing topped with a sprinkle of parsley. (not bad!)
Lunch: Tuna Salad with 4 cups of romaine (lettuce is borderline turning), with chopped apple
Snack: 4oz Activia yogurt, 2 granola bars (Nature Valley), and 1 Fiber 1 Lemon Bar w/ Chunkey Monkey (1/4 c)
Dinner: Chocolate Shake with frozen Blackberries
Water goal today is 118.7 fl oz.

Shakes down to:
4 Green Containers (Veggies)
3.5 Purple Containers (Fruit) -- over by .5 (no sweat)
4 Red Containers (Protein)
4 Yellow Containers (Carbs)
1 Blue Container (Healthy Fats)
1 Orange Container (Seeds/Dressings)
4.5 tsp (oils) -- over by .5 (not sweating it!)

Got in my mile on the elliptical -- left knee still a bit weak (from pushing myself too hard and trying to do too many inclines w/ max resistance like I used to be able to do....I do not like to safely build myself back to the level I was, but I am now). No resistance. No incline. And slowly running...but getting at least a mile in! I wanted to do more last night, but again, trying to heal a weak knee, so didn't.

Plus walked the dog between rain storms. Forgot to tally that...oops!

My favorite hot treat beverage is herbal tea (like orange spice or chai apple) and add cinnamon hearts to it. Wow. I've also juiced 2 apples, added hot water, and then the cinnamon hearts. Both really good fall beverages!
