It’s very hard for me when I work 4pm to 12pm. I am up at 8 or 9am and I don’t eat at all until I get home at 1:15am or so the next day. I bring home food from work to eat at that time and I don’t always make a good food choice because I am STARVING by then. I need to try and eat before I leave for work at 3:10pm. Or to really eat something on my lunch break at 9 or 9:30 or try to make something that’s ready when I get home and not choose foods from work like sandwiches, chips, wings, deep fried anything. Donuts, because they are quick and I don’t have to make something when I get home.
