Why didn't anyone warn me about how PAINFUL gym is? 😂 How do you guys just keep going despite this?

I hear you ladies 😂 So I've gone 4 days now and although it's torture, the little voice in my head is convincing me that I WANT to go back to that slaughterhouse😭 and you know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna go back😌

Lol! You learn to love it. Also, it's the worst in the beginning. It gets better over time.

And hey, if you feel really, really bad (so bad you notice you are making excuses) go anyway and do half. Work your way up to new levels.

Just keep going, keep at it. With certain exercises your body gets used to it. With others (lifting weight) you'll always have a bit of a burn. Make sure to not push yourself too much. Pain does not always equal calories burnt.

what helps for pain is a Enghlish salt bath after excersice and eat a teaspoon of clucose, if your into supplements, creatine works great good luck it will be worth it at the end
