HELLO CARBS DAY. TOM is generating some chaos. Guess my cheat day is today....should know to eat a heavier breakfast and that usually tides me over well! Not tonight. And it's nearly 4pm and I'm having regular coffee w/ almond joy creamer. Another good waste of calories, but wow did it smell simply awesome when I opened the cabinet.

I have maneuvered my supper so my calories are met and NOT exceeded. Probably be alot of water to make up for it after my run this evening!!! Good luck to you too! Sometimes I could eat everything in the house, other times I could care less.
