i would wager "Lean Bulk" is totally working. trying to build muscle without increasing any body fat.
it's wild to see gains when my calories are below 2000 daily.
i still do diet cheat day saturdays, so that surplus DOES factor into the week, but no way i can calculate as i don't track or measure saturdays. but it IS a lot.
