Well I definitely did not follow any diet over the weekend. I had a funeral for my cousin on Saturday which means food, food, and more food. But I am not going to let that discourage me because I did really well all week long. I am just gonna get right back on the track. I took my walk at work and will be going to the gym after work today. I actually meet for a free fitness evaluation with a trainer too. I will record how that goes later.
