We normally serve this trio of sides with Sauerbraten for the holidays🎄 but the pork loin paired perfectly moops 😋 Spätzle is a simple dumpling made of AP flour, milk/water, eggs & salt. You can find a recipe by googling "spaetzle“ if you don‘t have those funky umlauts loaded. Rotkohl is braised red cabbage in wine with mulled spices and finished with red jam.
