Difficult day. I am 200 calories over my RDI and 400 over my self imposed RDI.Circumstances had us grabbing food when we could, so I suppose I didn't do too bad. Back to normal tomorrow.

One day won't hurt. On the contrary I believe that occasionally mixing up our calorie intake stops the body getting used to a low calorie intake. You are doing so well!
