trying to make sense of how to lose weight with newly diagnosed PCOS - now I understand why I kept gaining weight despite having a reasonably healthy diet and walking all the time... I've ordered inositol supplements, and bought (uncomfortably expensive 🙃) protein powder so I can hopefully increase my protein intake while eating less dairy... I just wish I could find more advice about PCOS presented in a gender-neutral way. oh well. 20 mins incline walking today, plus a short walk with my mum and sister. minimal control over my meals but I'm not going to say no to them cooking for me - just resisting the urge to snack.
