Went to work doing physical labor standing on feet using arms, legs and back for approximately 9 hours. Lost 6 pounds in 4 weeks. Have to eat a whole lot of food for energy. Eating nearly 2,000 calories each day. Still no sweets, though. Baked sweet potatoes is about all the sweets I eat.
