Honestly, this doesn’t look nearly as delicious as it does taste, but these are vegan gluten-free fajitas and vegan au gratin potatoes and vegan tempura,-battered sweet potato fries/ low foodmap choices

Hey Kaybuckaroo..... Random question... Whenever I have the willpower to intermittent fast it really works for me, but I've heard rumor that it's really really bad for you... I know you're not a medical professional but do you have an opinion?
