DAY 5 Well today was a lot better than the last. I decided to make this a rest day as my body was very sore from all the exercise I had been getting. Felt nice and I am roaring and ready to continue on with it tomorrow!
Ate some egg rolls and rice as well so that was seriously delicious. No complaints and well within my caloric range for the day! Now to just continue working on getting more sleep and drinking more water. Water isn't to far off where I want it is the sleep that needs the most work, need to put the phone away...
