Forgot to say I eat lactose free yogurt. Can't tolerate Greek yogurt or plain yogurt like so many people.

I broke the mold Morticia! 🤗 I sometimes wonder if I'm becoming lactose sensitive. Idk if that comes on gradually tho. I hope you have a wonderful day today ❤️

Welcome Holly; still not quite right yet; had a complication from the surgery last Friday; having to see ENT this Friday to see whether it’s another infection or the tubes are blocked or out. So still not doing what I did in March but am out doing about two miles a day just out doing stuff with my other half, most days. Other days, don’t feel like doing anything at all and that includes eating.

Ow, sorry to hear that Rob. Hope your Dr will nail the problem down Friday and get you on the path to total recovery. You're doing well to do what you are doing being under the weather. Take it slow. Hang in there Rob. Try to eat nutrient dense foods if your appetite isnt what is should be. Best wishes!
