DAY 6

Well this day was the best day I have had by quite a bit. I did really great on everything and I feel amazing! I don't know if it is because of the rest day or motivation but hey it's good no matter what.

I drank a lot of water today, more then I usually ever do so that is good. Just need to keep up with the water consumption. I am starting to cook more and more, made some beef lo mein and dumplings for dinner. Was very very tasty!

Exercise wise I had the longest and best workout yet! I ended up getting 32minutes and 14 seconds worth of exercise and burned 236 calories. Was a bit difficult but honestly not that bad. Felt the burn though haha! Really looking forward to tomorrow and my first official week of working on myself. :D
