DAY 7 -- WEEK 1 DONE!!
Today I decided to do something a little bit different. I have been just working out at home but I went on a run/walk cause I definitely need it. Was super nice outside as well and it mixes up my workout routine. Think I am going to try and mix them in a few times a week. Felt good. Ended up doing about 35 minutes worth of running/walking. I don't really know how far I went or how many calories I burned because I don't have a good way to track it yet. Will have something soon!
Diet wise I had some leftover Beef Lo Mein and made some Banza Pasta for dinner. Was really yummy. I really like the veggie pastas a lot and they are quite filling. Down almost another pound which is great but also I should probably still be eating more than I am. Will continue to try and work on these things.
