DAY 8
Man today I had to do so much physical activity at work I was absolutely exhausted. So I just took a break off at home yo relax and I think that was a good decision.
Went to moms place for BBQ so definitely ate a bit on the unhealthy side but we all gotta enjoy what we like!! No sense crying over spilled milk was an amazing time ajd amazing food. Plus still maintained weight. :D
So far so good. Happy and motivated!
