Imagine how much I could be losing had I not been losing sleep! 😴 achieved second day of 7000 steps. Going for my 3rd day. Had my protein shake en route from work to home- seems to help keep the sabotage monster at bay. I did succumb to my desire to finish up the last 2 cups of kale 🥬 with avocado 🥑 oil—cooked for a minute in microwave. Just felt like I NEEDED it. #OddCravings
