mistyraeb's Notizen, 06 Jan 16

Actually got some natural sleep last night, it was great. I woke up refreshed. I think the working out it starting to help there too. It is nice not laying awake for hours and trying to get my brain to turn off. I think so far all of my goals are off to a great start. I am excited to see what this year brings to me and to my family. Especially since we are starting on this health journey together-even my in-laws. It is great to have that support at home. I think that is why in the past I have struggled. It is hard to go at it alone. I hope you all have a great and productive day.

What time of day are you working out? Is it better for your sleep to do it in the evening before going to bed?

I have been doing my main workout (boxing / treadmill) in the morning and I usually do something gentle like yoga or stretching in the evening. It seems as if the combo is helping.
