Wifey, I've only done two so far, but I love Cee's 30-minute workouts! I find it totally doable to do three a week, and I think that will go a long way for my fitness. Unfortunately, I have chronic pain in my legs (especially the right one) because of a torn hip labrum and a little something else. Fortunately, with specific exercises and massage from time to time, it is quite bearable. It is good for my pain to do strength exercises as long as I do them when the tissues are relaxed, so I have to alternate. Too much force without compensatory exercise ends up generating more pain and, consequently, inactivity. That's why I think that 3 strength workouts with Cee a week, alternating with rehab exercises, pilates or yoga, may be just what I need. Great discovery!
