The last few weeks I had a few things in a row and then it was hard for me to get back into eating healthy again as it triggered food cravings. So i usually don't get on here when I'm doing bad. 😂 But this last week I've done really well catching up some with weightloss (under 200 again) and added more walking when my foot is ok and weight training each day. It's been awhile since I've done that but I set end of year goals (2024 walking minutes, 2024 sets of weights, etc) that will keep me on track better. Honestly the PCOS is awful as my body fights me and there's so many contradictions on the best way to lose weight with insulin resistance, but I've been studying it so much I feel I have a good idea of how to approach. (less sugar, wheat, dairy and do low carb while adding more intermittent fasting methods). So we will see if that helps keep me on track. Thanks for asking. It helps to vent. How are you doing?
