hot weather ➡️ sensory overload ➡️ unable to tolerate the low calorie food I can normally eat :( I am trying, but it's damn hard when my body feels like every nerve and sense is a million times more sensitive than usual. I just want safe and comfortable carbs and sugar, and to lie down and block out the world. I haven't lost weight in weeks so it seems I need to eat less - I don't know how. I mean, I DO know how, technically, but I don't know how to make it not feel awful.
