Today I am wanting Pepsi! But I will not give in. I'm not going to weigh again until Monday. Let's see how it goes this weekend.

My 20 year old son is doing this with me. He is 6'7" and around 280. He's eating exactly what I am, but I'm afraid he's not eating enough. He is a welder and works about 14 hours a day. Does anyone know if a younger person should eat more carbs than 20g a day?

From a former Diet Coke Addict - stick with this, it is worth it. Have no medically based advice on your son, but I'd imagine as long as his energy level is up and he is getting enough protein he should be fine.
