Since my scale has said the same thing three-four days in a row I think I should get my scale check out maybe it needs a new battery, but I will take it for today because all I did yesterday was eat and not healthy.

Sometimes our weight stays the same for many reasons. Mine has been doing that and driving me crazy. Put an object you know the weight of on the scale to test its accuracy. Your body may be holding on to water right now masking your losses. I'm hoping to see a drop soon.
