ok, so the scale says i gained 0.8lbs this week but i don't believe it...i think it is water weight gain cause i actually fit into a size small scrub bottom at work, and those didn't fit last week. i will weigh myself tomorrow or the next day and see what the scale says. i have increased my carbs a little bit, but nothing crazy and i feel skinnier too. i awoke tonite feeling tired, drained, and kinda cranky....then i realized i had forgotten to take my multivitamin and omega-3 for the last few days. i had felt constipated and bloated, and that probably explains why (for those of you that don't know this, omega-3 acts as a stool softener/laxative too). so needless to say, i feel better after eating some dinner and taking my mvit/omega-3.
