Our friend Katsolo put me on to Costco’s frozen shrimp. So easy and I’m on seafood again! You really can’t beat the protein to cal ratio with these.

Yum! I was digging through my freezer and found that we still have shrimp. I think I'll cook it next week. We had salmon tonight, and I want to try to work up to seafood once a week like you Diana!

I found some small salad shrimp in my freezer yesterday and had it for lunch. Will have the rest of it today tossed with pasta. Your salad looks delicious !

Yes on the Costco frozen shrimp. I often pair this meal with ice cream for dessert since the entree is relatively low in calories. It allows me to have a nice change of pace for dessert about 1 per week with no to little damage to the weekly calorie total.

Thank you, guys. Buy the raw tail off frozen shrimp and cook from frozen, but get rid of the water as it cooks. Then they’re done when no longer opaque. So easy.. I mix with whatever I have on hand and add a little olive oil, lime juice, fresh herbs, etc.. tastes like a restaurant meal.
