uuuggghhh..I do in home health care so I was required to take the H1N1 flu shot..I got sooo sick..3 days !!! The only thing I could keep down was fluids..I drank juices and gained 2 lbs..How??? Why??? I was doing so so good...How can you GAIN just drinking juice??? I am disappointed and discouraged.........

Juice has calories, but it's hard to tell with a a gain after you have been sick. Give it a few days and hopefully the weight is just water.
