my body is so hilarious. (not) after two months of intermittent fasting, daily exercising like a banshee warrior, and daily eating below calorie range, no weight loss. my body is very content at this set point. (yes, i lost a little bit at first, but then nothing)

I feel that. I have to work very very hard to drop even a pound, then it's back and forth for a month. Slow going but keep at it it does eventually budge. Good luck!

From everything I have read it is hard for women my age to lose weight. So I have to work really hard at it when I do. I sometimes think I need to see a dietitian and get my muscle mass measured again.

I hear ya! I wasn't loosing for a few months. I went and got a resting metabolic rate done and it confirmed my metabolism is low. I ended up cutting calories and intermittent fasting cuz I HAD TO LOSE. You'll figure it out. Just don't give up.

SAME! Went from 154 to 134 and now I only want to lose less than 10 but I am stuck. It’s been months around 132-134

from what I understand, it's all calories in vs out. laws of thermodynamics and such. may be it's time to consider a 10% reduction from calories in? you can get back up to your maintenance calories right back after you reach your goal.

What about other measures? Are your clothes fitting differently? Do you look better in the mirror? Have your measurements changed (waist, hips, bust)? If you’re working out, maybe you’ve replaced fat with muscle. So the number on the scale might not have gone down but you’ve still made improvements. At the very least hopefully you’re feeling better mentally and physically! ❤️

I struggled with this but for me it was age. I’m 45 now and starting around 40 is when I noticed no matter what I did I could shed even a single pound. It was all hormone related for me. Once I got that is check and really upped resistance training the weight began to fall off.
