Great cooking tip for meal prep!!!

COOKING TIP TUESDAY!
Burgers don’t have to be round!
For easy and fast bulk hamburger and slider prep, flatten the burger mixture out on a tinfoil lined rimmed cookie sheet and broil for 10 min. Carefully drain and flip the meat by using another cookie sheet and broil for another 5-9 minutes. Cut into squares with a pizza cutter and you have nearly 2 dozen burgers ready to go.

Ok, today during my workout my energy was sustained but there was no zip. Like, I could just work and work for hours but at a very low intensity. That's ok...for now I guess.

Started my day with Keto O/S again. didn't get hungry until noon.
