So I am very happy that I started a September challenge on face book with my friends and I have been sticking to it. Its not a big challenge but it is something . The Challenge is to do 25 Sit-ups /Crunches a day for the whole month of September.
Now I know 25 sit-ups or crunches is not that much but for me and a lot of my friends who have no fitness routine at all it helps. If anything I know if I can stick to this than I know I can make a healthy habit of doing something Physical each day and that what I really need ..to teach myself healthy habits.
I tried to make it a challenge on here as well but for some reason it just error-ed out every time.
