My weight management has held steady now reaching the half way for 2024; Gemini June is my month! I have decided to set a target to lose three (3) pounds on average each month for the rest of this year, and again set the first six months next year with level maintenance.
Time tells a story; a weight drop of eighteen pounds to the end of this year shall have me skinny as a rail; no potato chips and no peanut brittle! Poor skinny me….
