Your daily kcal RDI is very, very low... It may be that if you ate a little more you would kick start your metabolism into a more optimum range for weight loss, rather than weight conservation. Just a thought... I don't know much of your history.

I have thought about that, but knowing my look i will just pile it on and not lose that either; I think exercise is my answer. Thanks for the advice though! 😊 xx
